What Causes Body Ache And Lower Abdominal Pain?

I ve had multiple body aches all day, including pain in the lower right abdomen, upper legs when walking and going up stairs, and a headache. I m currently wearing a sweater and a winter coat indoors, and I m just barely warm. I also started experiencing numbness in the tip of my right thumb about ten minutes ago. Do you think this could be something serious, or should I just sleep it off?

Hello,

You may be suffering from acute viral fever or urinary tract infection or appendicitis etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Drink plenty of water and avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. Use tablet meftal spas twice a day for five days.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine by ultrasound abdomen, urine examination then treat you accordingly.
