What Causes Body Ache And Stiffness In The Neck?

Yesterday I fell from my skateboard, wasn t wearing a helmet, and fell on my back hitting my head on the ground. My head doesn t hurt, only lightly where it smacked the ground but today my whole body hurts, my muscles and my neck is stiff. Is this a sign of a concussion? Other then that I do not experience the symptoms I ve read, I m not dizzy, I talk, walk and act fine, I m not feeling confused...

I dont think you have a concussion. The pain is due to the trauma you had to your neck which has probably resulted in muscle injury.
Any traumatic injury can lead to a inflammatory response throughout the body resulting in fever or as in your case generalised bodyache.
But i would still advise you to get an xray of the cervical spine done just so that we dont miss anything.
You can take a muscle relaxant and an anti inflammatory agent like serratiopeptidase along with paracetamol which will reduce the pain.
Always, always wear a helmet. Potentially fatal head injuries can be avoided by doing so.
