Hello, my name is Dr.Dorina Gurabardhi. I understand your concern.
Some advices that I can give to you for body ache are :
-Try an OTC analgesic : Fever is how your body fights a viral infection. Acetaminophen, aspirin, ibuprofen, and naproxen can lower your temperature and ease muscle aches.
-Drink lots of liquids like water, clear soups, broth, or electrolyte replacement drinks until the fever resolves.
Hope my answer was helpful, if you have any other questions I'll be glad to help, thanks!
