Hi, I understand your concern. The all over body ache /feverishness may be attributed to vaccination, which will last for a couple of days . You can take tab. Paracetamol twice a day after food. Head ache can follow a vaccination, but it may be due to sinusitis you already had.You have already started treatment for sinusitis. head ache should be controlled in a couple of days.Vicks vapor inhalation relieves the sinus pain. Local problem at injection site can be controlled with paracetamol. It may need additional application of Thrombophobe ointment. Thanks.
