What Causes Body Aches, Chills, Nausea, Diarrhea, Sensitive Skin And Aching Joints?

As of this morning, I have all over body aches, sensitive skin and aching joints. Very chilled but no fever, no sore throat. Headache, frequent diarrhea and some nausea. Eventually took Tylenol, sudefed and ibuprofen together and 3 hours did fine. Then symptoms returned in full force. I am allergic to milk protein and ate some cow-cheese for dinner last night. Everyone else is fine. I wonder if this is an alergic reaction, an adrenaline crash of some sort or something else. Thank you.

Hi,

From your history, it is allergic manifestation but might also food poisoning. Dietary modification and symptomatic treatment is recommended.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
