What Causes Body Aches While Sleeping At Night?

hi im 31yr female and for a few week now ive been waking in night just aching all over it really hurts. i feel really silly doing this and havent told anyone because i feel silly but its really getting to me now and starting to worry. its prob just me being really daft but like i say it is starting to worry me now. i have a memory foam matteress so dont think it would be that causing the aches. please help. thanks
