What Causes Body, Back And Legs Aches With Colds And Chills?

I spent the weekend partying, going out and drinking Wednesday night, most of Thursday and Saturday night. I felt fine all day Friday and yesterday, but today I have horrible body aches in my back and legs. I am freezing cold and have chills. Could this be a delayed hangover? Or am I getting sick?
