What Causes Body Chills Followed By Warm Sensation?

I feel like I m having a hard time regulating my body temperature these days. I m hot. I m cold. Day and night. (but not terribly in either direction) No sweats. Just constantly taking sweaters on, off. Kind of feel like I m coming down with something due to temp irregularity. Is this a symptom of menopause? Last period 8 months ago.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to HCM.
I understand your concern.
This symptoms are most likely due to your menopause. Your body is finding it difficult to regulate temperature due to hormonal imbalance.
It does not require any treatment if not bothering much.
But if these symptoms are affecting your day to day life than you may choose to start hormone replacement therapy. For that, you should consult your gynecologist.
Otherwise, there is nothing to do, these will go away gradually.
Hope this will be helpful.
Take care.
