What Causes Body Itching And Pain On The Scalp?

Hi i am 26 year old male i have an itchy body with no visual symptoms that can be detected by naked eye. Moreover, my scalp hurts and itches a lot which is causing my hair fall continuously. I am having a lot of pain in my stomach with a change in my stools having much mucus. Finally pain in my penile tip as well as the anus but from inside. I ve done so many blood tests, STD tests and everything came negative. The only thing was showing in my breathing test is h pylori...could this lead to all these!?
