What Causes Body Itching,muscle Pain And Hair Loss With Goiter?

I am 44 yrs old female have nontoxic goitre last 12 yrs ,experiencing itching in body , muscle pain , hair loss .low vit d3 and calcium and b12 .,slight high testorone .not taking any medicine other then vit d and calcium, prescribed with Morris 5 ,3 times a week ,what would be side effects

As per your case history of goiter, my treatment advice is -
1. Hair loss and itching are associated with goiter.
2. Take good nutritious diet full of green leafy vegetables and milk.
