What Causes Body Jerking And Weakness On The Left Side Along With Low Blood Pressure?

hi, im 21 years old and started having seizures at 18 when i fell pregnant with my daughter, at 1st the doctors thought it was epilepsy but all the tests came back normal. another doctor quered syncope and i had a tilt test done which was positive with me lasting only 15 minutes and my blood pressure dropped to 55 over 30 and i had 2 seizures following the dramatic drop in my blood pressure, however the doctor doesnt feel the seizures are caused by syncope and that i am meerly having a panic attack?? but i have full body jerking, incontinece and a weakness in my left side during and after these attacks. im so confused now and i think he has got it wrong and that my blood pressure is the cause of my problems.... but im so lost i dont know what to do, what do you think is going on am i panicing without realising or could a drop in my blood pressure cause such violent attacks?
