What Causes Body Muscles Pain With Feverish Symptoms?

i am from bangalore.I having serious body pain(muscle).And also always i feels like a feverish kind of thing.
I am facing this issue from last 4 months.I have did thyroid test.it has come ok.
Even i checked for hiv through elisa.I did this test for Continuously 5-6 motnhs.It also come as negative.
What may be the reason for it? Which doctor i need to consult?
