What Causes Body, Neck And Back Aches, Weakness With Cold And Shivering?

Hi i feel weak and tired and my body aches all over but especially in my neck and back where because I have been sleeping all day. I am cold and very shivery and this morning i felt like i could throw up, and i nearly did 3 times. what's wrong with me?
