Am I sick I started taking apple cider vinegar in the morning hoping I have an issues with yeast over growth because I also have a sweet tooth and I kno it s not good for women my age
Sweety odour may be due to diabetes, the ketotic smell in fasting or ketoacidosis and ammonia smell in liver failure or Roten eggs odour may be due to bad bacteria growth etc.
So you may check for blood sugar, liver kidney function tests, urine examination. Brush twice a day, use Salt water gargling.
If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
