What Causes Body Pain And Dizziness?

Hello doctor,
My name is Steve. Just yesterday evening I came down with body aches and dizziness. This has lasted 24 hours and my ears don't hurt at all and I'm not coughing or have runny or a stuffed nose. I received the flu shot in October of this year. I haven't seen my primary doctor as of yet and I'm wondering if these symptoms could be infulenza or something else. Thank you...

The symptoms may be due to the cold or flu virus though the flu is less likely since you had the flu shot.

Most viral infections can cause joint or muscle pain, fatigue and dizziness.

At this stage , since no other symptoms are present, the main aspects of treatment would be fluids,rest and paracetamol.

Additional symptoms can be treated as they occur.
