Do not get confused, once you get Widal positive it means you had been getting febrile because of it. You may not have fever but you should continue to take all the medications as prescribed.
Since you are infected you are getting fever & body pain. Untreated Typhoid fever can be fatal, do not neglect yourself.
1. Drink bottled water or boiled water.
2. Avoid junk, spicy & street food.
3. Stay away from raw fruits & vegetables, boil them before eating for easy digestion.
4. Stay away from addictions if any.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K,
