What Causes Body Pain, Constipation And Fever Inspite Of Taking Panadol And Cefspan?

hi, my brother suffering from fever since last 4 days. yesterday he got cbc in which remarks were leucopenia. platelets were 167x10 yesterday. doc suggested cefepan (1+0+0) and panadol (2+2+2). doc said might be its typhoid however she refer for platelets count after one day and Blood culture which will come after 6 days, in case if dengue is cause or if its typoid. please guide. he got pain behind eyes, constipation and pain in body. fever approx. 101.5, 100, 99.9 etc

I really appreciate your concern, if the clinical is suspected for the typhoid and dengue then it need to be investigated for the same only that is all and if the end result came like that then it need to be manage accordingly but it may not be like that but most of the time it is viral infection only hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
