What Causes Body Pain, Vomiting, Diarrhea With Fever And Bright Yellow Urine?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... My body hurts all over and I can barely walk. I have thrown up three time's now and I have a bad case of diarrhea. My temperature two hours ago was 98.8 F and now it is 96.6 F. I have no appetite and my urine is bright yellow. Is this a cold virus or Flu? Or do you think I might need to go to the Hospital? Thanks
