What Causes Body Pain With Dizziness And Palpitations?

hi I have had severe uc for seven years now and now that nothing works I am seeing a surgeon next week, but starting a few days ago I have been straining just to poop a little and have a low fever off and on. I am achy all over and feel dizzy with palpitations in my chest that are uncomfortable.

Hi welcome to HCM.
The systemic manifestations in your case are most probably due to the underlying ulcerative colitis. This autoimmune multisystem disorder can lead to inflammatory myo/pericarditis picture that can lead to chest discomfort and palpitations.A screening 2 dimensional echo can lead accurate assessment of cardiac function.Drugs like immunosuppresants like steroids are the main stay of therapy.Consult your cardiologist for further care.
Thank you
