What Causes Body Pain With Nausea And Tiredness?

I have had some really random pains going on all over.Most of the pain is in my back.It starts on low right side (hip) up the right side of my spine,then up to shoulder blades.Have also had pain in the left side of my neck into my shoulder.I also have pain in and around my left elbow top of left hand and into middle finger on left hand.I have had 3-4 episodes where out of nowhere I get very lightheaded,tired and get a horrible rush of nausea.This can last for hours.Not sure what this is or if any of it is related or all separate.Can you help or tell me where to go and what to do.
