What Causes Body Pains, Anxiety, Weakness And Altered Taste?

Dear Sir, Since last couple of weeks i am not feeling well. By consulting some local doctors i used some medicine but result is zero. The symptoms of my illness are, pains in whole body, anxiety, weakness, internal fever but body temperature remain normal like a normal one sometimes body temperature increase and feel coldness usually i do not feel cold even in winter and change of mouth taste in the night. Kindly suggest me some medicine by keeping in view the above symptoms. Thanks & Regards Amjad

I can understand your concern. The symptoms like pains in body, chronic illness like state, weakness, tiredness, anxiety attacks, feelings like internal fever, altered mouth taste etc suggest some depressive disorder and needs proper evaluation. Such somatic symptoms are sometimes presenting complaints in depression. Please consult a psychiatrist for evaluation and to make proper diagnosis.

Medicines like SSRIs especially Sertraline, Escitalopram or SNRIs as Venlafaxine, Duloxetine etc have excellent roles in depression. SNRIs have good efficacy in reducing the pain also. Please visit a psychiatrist for prescription of these drugs.
