Deu to fall down Osteophytic changes noted at L2-L5 vertebra. Schmorls note is seen in L2- L3 vertebra. Focal hyperintense lesion noted at L4 vertebral body.Facetal arthrosis at L1-L2,L2-L3,L3-L4&L4-L5 IV disc at present my upper body cannot move I was fully bedded is this a body paralysis?
