HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that you may have a viral infection, this can cause fever, lethargy, sore muscles, decreased appetite, superficial ulcers and a rash.
The rash associated with viral infections is referred to as viral exanthem.

Treatment would involve: (1) fever meds (paracetamol or ibuprofen or cataflam) which would also help pain
(2)fluids and rest
(3)topical meds like chloroseptic or diflam would help with the mouth sores

It maybe a simple viral infection such as the common cold but if the symptoms become severe or the lesions in the mouth prevent you from eating/drinking, then you need to see a doctor for assessment and treatment.

I hope this helps
