Hi,
Blood culture and sensitivity are to be done. CBC, CRP, RA, anti U1 RNP, ANA levels, NS1 test and
skin biopsy can make a diagnosis. If not do a
blister fluid PCR. Take tab Tylenol for aches, fever etc., tab Nattalins Rx for a week, antibiotics according to susceptibility,
Levocetirizine for a week.
CXR, ECG, stool examination can be done. Take antioxidants, amla,
aloe vera, fruits, juices and boiled vegetables. Do the above mentioned and take an appointment from an infectious disease specialist.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Sunny Madar, General & Family Physician
