What Causes Body Stiffness And Sharp Pain In Neck?

Hi, lately i have been experiencing shooting pains that feel like a pitch fork is being slammed into the back of my neck, where my stem cells are and I have had full body stiffness, where my entire body tenses up. i have also woken up to not being able to move my feet or legs. I also went to grab my phone this morning and my thumb would not move. i am a health 23 year old male, and it is starting to concern me. can you give me some possibilities of what it could be?
