What Causes Body Tingling, Blurred Vision With Weakness And Tiredness?

I am having body tingling that comes & goes. My vision is sometimes blurred looking at a disatance. Also, I am feeling weak and tired. I had my blood pressure checked & it was normal. I have 3 small children that keep me stressed. Could I be experiencing anxiety or something more? Do i need to make a doctors appointment?

start taking neuro bion forte tablet daily. you have not informed your age. get your complete eye check up. Re fraction, fundus examination, measurment of IOT. exclude diabetes With all the tests ,diagnosis can be done.and treatment recomanded.
