What Causes Body Tremor, Legs Twitching, Headache, Vision Problems And Disorientation?

Hi, I feel a tremor in my body and it's getting really annoying.It's like suddenly a flow of electricity runs through my body and my legs start twitching . It's about a month that I have a headache which comes and goes.I can't focus my eyes on what I'm reading or watching,they get tired after 5 minutes and go crossed. And also ,I think I have some sort of disorientation because this month I hit my head nearly 10 times. I'd like to know if these are symptoms of Parkinson or MS or any other disease.
