What Causes Body Tremors And Fatigue While Suffering From Hypertension?

I have high blood pressure and I was on 3 different tablets , it went down considerably so I stopped one of the back up tablets, it has been fine for a few months. Round about 138/75 , I have just taken it again and it is 115/59. Is this still ok or should I stop another back up pill if it continues to be low. I feel very shaky and weak.

Hi,

The BP level is fine and as per my clinical experience, you need re- adjustment of the anti hypertensive medicine with the guidance of your doctor. Maintain hydration with plenty of liquids and consult your doctor's office.
