What Causes Body Tremors And Shortness Of Breath While On Anastrozole?

Hi, I ve been taking 1 mg of amastrozole for about 2 month while also taking metopolol and simbaltin. Prior to taking amastrocole I was short of breath and off balance. Since taking amastrozole I have fallen three time. Something that I never did before ( I m 78 yrs. old) For the last few days, I ve been very shaky, very short of breath and totally exhausted with high blood pressure and heart rate. I have an appointment with my family doctor on Tuesday. I decided not to take the amastrozole today and probably not until at least Tuesday. I d like to never take it and wonder how necessary it is when I have no breast tissue at all.

It seems you are suffering from the side effects of Anastrozole. Weakness, sweating /flushing, exhaustion, mood changes, depression are some of the symptoms of Anastrazole. However, it is good to know that you have a fixed appointment with your doctor. You should go for Cardiac screening test as you have high BP & tiredness. These can be because of some developing cardiac problem. You may need medications. Eat healthy & stay stress free. Take multi vitamins for better general health. Take care.
