Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
for the last 3 mornings, I have been having A.M. shivers Yesterday I had slight vomiting (twice and just a small amount. Less than a Dixie bathroom cup.) If I put a heat pad behind me, I get back to normal. I checked my blood pressure in the morning. It was 149/90. 2 days prior (and previous days, it would read 110/70). Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Body tremors may be due to weakness or infection or electrolyte imbalance or hyperthyroidism etc. Vomiting may be due to gastritis or anemia or thrombocytopenia. You may need to investigate for fever, thyroid status or electrolytes etc. Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
