What Causes Body Tremors, Fatigue And Poor Concentration?

I have a tremor, familiar, and have had it for years. My father had a tremor, my grandmother of his side, but am going to a neurologist and am taking gabapentin. Could it cause some of my problems now, I use a walker to keep my balance, can t concentrate, get very tired and have to sit to relieve my lower back pain or let pain, they just give out.
