What Causes Body Tremors While On Paroxetine?

My husband is on medication for severs depression. He is taking Paroxetine 10 mg 1 daily, Lithium carbonate 300 mg 1 daily, bupropion xl 300 mg 1 daily, alprazolam 1 mg, up to 3 daily and gabapentin 300 mg 2 nightly for restless leg syndrome. We are worried that there may be interactions between these meds. He has developed tremors since he s been on the Paroxetine (1 month now). Advice? Oh, he is 69 years old.
