What Causes Body Tremors With Stiffness In Neck?

I woke up in uncontrable,shaking violently the next day I woke up with very stiff neck and pain on spine in-between my shoulders that radiates in my chest and shoulders I know have a horiable headache and feel really sick to my stomach I am freazing cold goosebumps took a shower as hot as I could get still cold no fever that I know of what could be wrong with me I feel like I am dying
