What Causes Body Tremors,loss Of Vision And Numbness In Hands?

My daughter 2 months ago was admitted to hospital, her vision whited out, she lost feeling in her hands and her legs, she was shaking and by the time we got to the hospital she was completely out of control screaming at the nurses for wlater . She is normally very quiet and shy. The doctors diagnosed basilar migraine and she has been taking Inderal but it hasn't helped the shaking, eye problems and regular loss of feeling in her hands. I wonder if it could be diabetes. She has also tossed her legs around every night for as long as I can remember saying she needs to keep them moving but doesn't know why - it stops her from sleeping.
