What Causes Body Twitching Along With Abdominal Movements?

Hi , me 33 years old and about from 1 month I m suffering twitching and strange movement in body not in a day and when I m busy only when I sit still specially in night when I m in bed ,feel also movement in belly like in 6 months pregnancy,but I m not pregnant,this is v scary I can’t sleep till morning can u plz tell me what cause is possible behind this . I m v grateful when u answer me ASAP ,thanks Mrs shah
