What Causes Body Twitching And Blurring Of Vision?

Hi, I think I may have experienced a seizure when I was watching television yesterday. Heres the story. I was watching television, when all of the sudden I blacked out, but I could still see. It felt like tunnel vision because I was so focused on the t.v. I couldnt exactly feel myself, I could just see the television, and everything around me felt like it was frozen and time stood still. I basically was in a daze. Then it felt like I was shaking or twitching, I couldnt really tell because I was in the daze. I am not sure what was happening, can you please tell me?
