What Causes Body Weakness Along With Running Nose And Diarrhea?

Hi, I had a ruptured condom during vaginal sex with a sex worker, I withdrew as soon as i noticed and used a new one, earlier i might have gotten some contact with another sex workers blood but condom was intact. After the episode, after a weeks time i experienced weakness in body, cold(runny nose), loose motion also the stool was darker and lighter on some days as well as stomach upset and gas also had small 4 or 5 white colored blisters or pimples in groin area (painless). Also my mouth odor is distinctly different and might be similar to the sex worker (is this also HIV symptom, is there a distinct mouth odor ?) I got initially rapid hiv test at 14 days, which was negative and after seeing the symptoms online and the symptoms i had, I consulted a doctor who advised to take a western blot test for antigens(p24, gp120 etc) , the report was negative at 3 weeks after exposure but it stated (Negative : Only control band or control band with p51/p55/p66 band INDETERMINATE - Viral specific bands present but pattern does not meet the criteria for POSITIVE. My doctor said not to worry and 99 % i had not contracted HIV, please advice and guide on the above statement. Got the pimples or blisters checked with a dermatologist and he said I might have contracted herpes, so took valtoval 1 mg twice a day for 8 1/2 days, and the blisters heeled were allready healing and after medication within 3 or 4 days, I still continued using valtoval for other 4-5 days and applying FU dic cream on the healed infected area. Now after 5 weeks , I have no other major symptoms except gas, dont feel hungry at times, feel some stomach strain at times at night, no sleep or intermittent sleep , eyes have become drier and can see some reddish veins in either eyes, and a small hard bump in buttocks which was caused after constant itching. not sure what or which is symptom or caused by stress and anxiety. I am going really paranoid, these few weeks have been like hell the worst in my life, please advice and share if i can get tested post 5 weeks for confirmation or at 6weeks . Also since the Dr said herpes would strike back within 2 weeks, I had no other reoccurence after 1st episode and the area is healed and only slight spots have covered the area. is this really herpes or hiv ? please help

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As there is skin involvement with blisters and muscle cramps, a specific emphasis on the possibility of dermatomyositis is most likely and the same should be discussed with the treating physician during next scheduled point of meet. After running battery of tests and reports, one can conclude other possibilities whether present or not.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
