Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain boils in the inguinal region or in between the thighs along with being overweight and anemic..

Well, there can be a few causes for the occurrence of boils like Staphylococcus infection leading to Hair follicle infection or Folliculitis and as you are overweight there must be more of sweat and moisture accumulation in the inguinal crease and also in groin area as well as continuous rubbing can also exaggerate the condition..

Drainage of pus along with smell from a ruptured boil is an indication of infection and you need to take an antibiotic therapy for the same..

You should clean the area with antiseptic solution an apply antibiotic ointment after putting gentle pressure to release pus..
Keep the area clean and dry..
Wear cotton undergarments and loose clothes so that there is less moisture accumulation..
Try loosing weight..

In case if still there is no improvement consult a General Physician/Dermatologist and get evaluated..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
