What Causes Boils In The Armpits, Breast And Vaginal Parts?
I have hidrentitis a sweating disease, I get boils under my arms, breast, under stomach and vaginal areas. I been a experiment with various doctors with different creams, and meds. When the boils bust I feel relief but there is a leakage that is unpleasant. I recently was prescribed nystatin and triamcinolone acetonide cream, I first used under my stomach that the boil was open and made it worse, right now I am in pain under my breast and vaginal area and I m looking at this cream to see if I should use again. I tried to get a stomach tuck and a breast reduction but the surgent says he won t do surgery when it s affected. I no this disease there is no cure I just want a cream that bust the boils quickly and no pain.

Hello,
As your disease is basically an infection of apocrine glands, thus in order to manage the disease one has to send the Pus for Culture and thereafter antibiotics have to be prescribed accordingly.
Also since it involves the hair follicles thus best treatment is "laser hair removal" of these areas, and once you get your hairs removed there would be no follicle left for hidradenitis involvement. But since infection/inflammation is present thus you should wait for the infection to get subside and thereafter consult a dermatologist or cosmetic surgeon about the procedure.
