Hi,

As per your query you have symptoms of boils on back, hand, thigh, chest and stomach which seems to be due to clogging of skin pores by bacteria, debris and dead decaying substances. I would suggest you to:
- Maintain cleanliness of area and keep it dry
- Take diet rich in multivitamins
- Apply cold compresses on rashes to reduce redness
- Apply topical antibacterial ointment mupirocin on it
- Avoid touching or pricking
- Take oral antibiotic course as well

Visit dermatologist once and get it examined and start treatment after proper prescription.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari, Dentist
