Hello,

* The boils over body with tiredness and night sweats can be gram positive bacterial infection as staph aureus or others most likely. However following will give best results to heal them faster

- antiseptic care of the boils with sterile dressing by nurse in hospital

- proper hydration care

- intravenous antibiotics as per the culture report of the swab

- supportive multi vitamin, B complex, anti oxidants

- balanced nutritious diet.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
