What Causes Bone In Spine Is Large And Area Around It Is Movable?

I just noticed that when I put my head back one of the bones in my spine is huge and feels like there is nothing above it. I also have an area right next to it that feels like it is spongy and it moves. When putting pressure on it I get a headache and feel sick. It is in the neck
