What Causes Bone Movement In The Hip After Falling Down?

Ok, so i have been skateboarding and riding bmx since i was like 14... i have fallen very many times...a few years ago i feel on my hip really hard and it hurt to even move...i stayed in bed for like a week until i could move again and ive been slowly getting my stength back in it...but there is a bit of bone or something moving around in there and it feels really weird when i touch it...do i have a hip fracture that needs to be taken care of or is this just all in my noodle?
