What Causes Bone Pain And Muscle Stiffness?

i get pian in my bone and siffness in my muscles iam 48yrs i have deppresion and emphysema. some times my bones in my feet click and most time it hurts and cannot stand and pain in my ribs too all over realy and my fingers some times goes out of joint spasam like, cannot open jar with out them hurting. many thanks kevin t.
