What Causes Bouts Of Excessive Sweating With Dizziness And Lower Back Pain?

My husband has excessive sweating bouts with dizziness, low back pain, slow to start voiding. Labs bun wnl, creat 1.7, gap slight elevation. When he lays down the low,back pain dev, when he sits up he starts swearting, we need help. Has been to er and they keep sending us home.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have bouts of excessive sweating with dizziness and lower back pain . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons like gastroenteritis , drug overdose , transient ischemic attack , influenza or sinusitis .

The symptoms can also occur due to condition like hyperthyroidism , so consult endocrinologist if condition doesn't get better and lower back pain also indicating UTI so also consult urologist . I would suggest you to consult general practitioner for proper diagnosis . Doctor may take history and order blood test to rule out viral infection .

Doctor may prescribe antiemetic drug along with anti viral , antipyretic and may refer you to endocrinologist for thyroid and diabetes .
