What Causes Bowel Incontinence After A Back Surgery?

Ever since i had back surgery about 5 years ago, i have trouble with stool leakage but worse. If i pick up a heavy item especially i can mess myself. Just to let you kow this is every day thing. I actually stopped eating vegs, is there any thing i can do? i usually not warned in enough time to make it to the restroom.
