What Causes Bowel Incontinence And Foul Smelling Stool?

I do meth on occasion. When I had stooled recently it was very large. Lately I ve been kinda having anal leaking were it smells really bad. When I wipe it, it only looks like I didn t wipe right however I m very very cleanly person and I know I wipe till I m spotless, do you know what it could be? A fissure? A infection? An std? nerve damage due to Multiple sclerosis,long term diabetes
Alzheimer's disease because this involves dementia and nerve damage I think it is rarely associated with STDs .
Foul smelling stools due to. coeliac disease, amoebiasis, giardiasis,cystic fibrosis,steatorrhoea, gastroenteritis , crohns disease.
