What Causes Bowel Like Substance In Urine, Bloating And Constipation?

I think that I have bowel coming out when I urinate. So far, they suspect that I have an abdominal hernia, but I am too embarrassed to tell a doctor about this. What could it be? I am 56, female, lots of bloating, constipation, eat very little meat, non smoker, non drinker. Previously had polyps in colon and uterus. Many thanks

Hello,

Please specify where do you see the bulge appearing on giving pressure? Because the hernia can be "umbilical" where the umbilical bulges on increase of pressure in the abdomen as in coughing or as in case of child crying. Secondly there is "Inguinal hernia" where there is a bulge noticed in the inguinal region and scrotum.

Sometimes, if there is an abdominal operation done earlier then there may be an incisional hernia that through the healed incision there is a bulge noticed. So please be precise. In any case if you have such a condition then it is necessary to get it attended to by consulting a surgeon urgently, otherwise it can lead to serious problems.
