Hi Life savers, Please help me to cure, per day am going motion 4 to 5 time and that to after eating. due to this i cont go out for tour and long trip and also am not able to hold or stop the motion. for travelling i cont always depend the train. please any remedy for this.
I would suggest you to consult a Gastroenterologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like Colonoscopy, blood tests and stool culture can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
You can be advised to take antibiotics in case of bacterial infection, proton pump inhibitors like Omeprazole, anti diarrhea medicines etc to relive the symptoms.. Take soft and light diet.. Avoid spicy food and limit intake of dairy.. Drink plenty of water and take more of probiotics like Yoghurt..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards. Dr.Honey Nandwani Arora.
