What Causes Bowel Movement Every Time After Eating?

Hello, for 5 days now I have been needing to go to the toilet within an hour of eating something. It s not solid stools, it s in fact flake like and light brown water with veg un digested. I have a healthy diet and exercise on a regular basis. However it s getting very uncomfortable in social surroundings when I have to dash to the toilet. Anything you can think may be the cause?

i appreciate your concern.
this symptoms are caused by INDIGESTION,IBS etc.
take tablet lomofen,chlordiazepoxide for five days.an antibiotic preferebly oofloxacin ornidazole combination.
some probiotics.
some enzyme complex containing diastage.
